Got an open box in great physical condition, was working great loved the screen. But kept getting blue screen got 7-8 times in 15 days. Had calls with support updated all drivers still kept happening. So returned it. Must be some hardware issue with the machine. Other than that it was breeze.

Easy to use, love this computer!!!! I would recommend this computer.

Bought the dell laptop for my 14 teen year old daughter to stream her TikTok/you tube videos on. Occasionally she play a game or to of fortnite. Computer has been working great and no issues to date. It has done a great job handling the videos and games.

This computer screen resolution is like watching the best movie screen available . I can’t believe the quality of the Dell product. Like it so much purchased second one so I could get screen time as family hijacked this first one!!! Truly best computers I ever purchased. Thanks to BB associate and Dell rep for explaining all about this great product.

We haven't bought a Dell product for sometime but it was available & we needed to replace our laptop. It has everything we wanted. We are very pleased with it. I enjoy having a number pad again.

Love this computer! I’m normally a Mac user and really can’t get used to the resolution of the regular windows laptop anymore. This one saved my eyes. Everything works fine as well. No complaints!

Overall, a great laptop/tablet combination. Only one minor issue and knew that going into the purchase of this item and that was the glare from the screen. Only seems to be an issue when playing back videos in a room that hasn't been darkened.

I had a 13 inch screen before and now have the 15 inch screen and I do like it better for Zoom work and increased visibility. Also this size of Laptop still fit into my carrying case (that I already had) for travel. I also liked that the pleasing "voice" started talking to me when I opened it up to start the process of setting up my new Laptop.

Computer is good but locks up occasionally and have to do a hard restart to get going again.

I always wanted a 4K Laptop, but boy my dreams of that were shattered big time with the experience I had with this junk of a laptop courtesy of Dell. Went through at least 2 laptops of this same model within 2 weeks. Exchanged it once and then the 2nd time I returned it for good and got my money back. Both of them had dead pixels on the screens just mere days after getting them out of the box and setting them up. I mean seriously Dead pixels on a new laptop? Really? And that of course killed my experience right then and there. It seems like nowadays when you buy a new laptop, they already have dead or stuck pixels on them just within a few days after setting up and just like that, your new laptop is ruined and then you pretty much just wasted time and money on a product that is defective and doesn't work right. And that was of course my experience. I mean how am I supposed to enjoy a new laptop, if I have dead annoying pixels on the screen within just a few days after buying it. If that's the case, why even buy a new laptop in the first place? Aside from pixel problems, they also wouldn't turn on when I wanted them to and would shut off on me randomly. Thankfully I got my money back. Though still I spend all this money on what's supposed to be top level stuff and I expect to get my money's worth and for the electronics that I buy to work the way I want them to work, but no that is just not to be ever. With whatever cheap defective hardware computer companies put into their expensive overpriced laptops and computers nowadays, this is exactly why nobody can have any nice things whatsoever. I do not regret returning it and getting my money back. I only regret wasting my time on this garbage. While it all may look good on paper and the 4K makes everything look stunning. There are still several problems that exist that prevent anyone from finding enjoyment in having a 4K laptop. Dead pixels out of the box being one of them. And that's really anger driving. That shouldn't be happening to new stuff at all. That is just unacceptable. As far as this model goes. Dell should do a serious recall on this model given the problems I've had with it. Dell and other computer companies really need to get their acts together and actually give consumers good quality products that are not defective just mere days after buying them. Conclusion: If I could give it zero stars I would. But I will say DO NOT buy this laptop, avoid at all costs, save your money, and buy a MacBook instead. Very disappointed with Dell and this laptop. I always wanted a 4K Laptop, but oh well I suppose it was a good dream while it lasted.
