Everything is wrong with it, it makes loud noises, overheats, the USB ports don't seem to work. I have called Dell numerous times over the past few months and this laptop has spent more time at Dell than it has in my business. The issues started 32 days after I purchased it, so I could no longer return it. I'm appalled by this piece of junk.

3. Run a complete hardware diagnostic test
4. Scan your computer for malware

He respected me need to decide and helped out by calling a nearby store for an inventory check. The laptop works great and I feel especially secure with the warranty and backup packages.

This cpu allows me to connect to 3 monitors, have multiple programs open, download, and stream without missing a beat. Most efficient purchase at this price point. Go for it, you won't regret it.

Thank you for your review. We apologize for the trouble you have come across with your mouse cursor. Below are steps that can assist with making your mouse cursor move smoothly.
1. Open Control Panel.
2. In the Control Panel window you will need to left click on the Find and fix problems.
- Note: The Find and fix problems feature can be found on the System and Security section.
3. A Troubleshooting window will show, from the right side of the window left click on the Hardware and Sound option.
4. In the Device category left click on Next button for the Hardware and Devices.
5. A scan will begin and after it is finished you will need to left click on Apply this fix.
6. Close the windows you have open.
7. Reboot the Windows 8 or Windows 10 device and see if you still have this issue.

It does have problems loading it leads to programs that reduce its functionality and utility I think it’s a version compatibility problem
