Great laptop

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.So I bought this laptop alongside the Dell 7000 Inspiron 17 in laptop and was utterly shocked and disappointed. I was worried the 17 in one would be too big, so I chose to compare this laptop to it. This laptop felt cheap, the black exterior showed every single finger print. The keys felt plasticky and cheap, and the screen had a weird yellow tint that I worked on troubleshooting to solve and read on other forums this was an issue others had as well. Any worry I had about choosing a laptop was alleviated when I was able to hold and compare the two laptops. For UHD, I wasn't impressed at all and felt the QHD is gorgeous (and definitely worth the step above full HD on a larger screen). I found that the 17 in, though really big, isn't too bad in weight and size. I wouldn't want to bring the 17 in everywhere necessarily, but for being mostly at home, the 17 inch is awesome! Definitely learned black laptops are a no go for wanting a consistently clean look, and it really does make a difference to feel and touch a laptop to really know. I still wonder a little about the HP, but I'm really happy with the 17 In 7000 Inspiron Dell so far!

Fortunately was able to factory reset it and seems to be working fine now (and after reading some reviews of Windows 11 kinda glad I'm not stuck with it).
