    Constant problems with it shutting down for no reason, displaying a blue screen. Would get stuck on the Restart screen for hours every single time trying to restart. So many countless other issues, including random slow downs. I used this laptop for nothing beyond general browsing and emails. Dell customer service is absolutely horrendous. After many extremely frustrating phones calls with Dell, they send out a technician three different times. The second technician completely destroyed my computer and it no longer would even turn on. The worst 6 months I've ever experienced with a laptop. Absolutely will never purchase another Dell again. I wish I would have returned it within the two week period, thankfully best buy was understanding and I ended up exchanging computer. DO NOT BUY THIS COMPUTER OR ANY OTHER DELL.

      1. At the desktop, click the Search the web and Windows box and type "problem reports".
      2. Select View all problem reports to view a list of errors that have occurred on your computer and possible solutions for them, such as updating drivers, flashing your system BIOS, or checking for updates to the software.
      3. Under the Source column, look for Windows and under Summary, look for Shut down unexpectedly.
      4. Right-click the line item and select Check for a solution.

    So disappointed. Ran the updates. I really wanted this to work. I love my other Dell 2 in 1. Great pen, 4K screen, fast as ever. But it would give you the blue screen of death frequently. Finally it froze one day and Dell Support said the motherboard was bad. Returned it after three weeks.

    The mouse pad foes not work. The computer is currently with Geek Squad.
