    Good computer overall, terrible graphics card. For playing The Sims, it’s awful.

    Returned 2. First one the screen cracked in less than a week and had to argue with best buy about exchanging it! the second screen started fluttering within a week. Would not recommend it or best buy!

    Nice laptop. However the Power adapter died after three months. We had Geek squad replace it - good as new.

    This laptop has been a lemon since day 1. I've spent many hours on the helpline with Dell, and didn't resolve anything. The writing stylus has never worked, the fingerprint reader has never worked, the operating system has been reinstalled twice and I've had it into a local shop twice. About once per week I get the blue screen of death due to a "memory exception" and after restarting and scanning there is never an error reported. It's an expensive piece of junk.

      1. At the desktop, click the Search the web and Windows box and type ""problem reports"".
      2. Select View all problem reports to view a list of errors that have occurred on your computer and possible solutions for them, such as updating drivers, flashing your system BIOS, or checking for updates to the software.
      3. Under the Source column, look for Windows and under Summary, look for Shut down unexpectedly.
      4. Right-click the line item and select Check for a solution.

    I would give this ZERO stars if I could. DO NOT buy a DELL. This computer started crashing just before the return period ended. By the time I called Dell, it was 1 day past the return period, and I have spent over 40 hours of my time trying to get Dell to help me resolve the multiple bluescreen issues and other crashes. They will suck the life out you and still not fix the problem. BEWARE OF DELL!
