Loved the number pad with a quick key for a calculator. But, after numerous blue screens which I finally resolved (no thanks to Dell support, had to read numerous complaints and find a solution), I found that the trackpad was absolute trash. Unresponsive at least 25% of the time and when it did come back, I had deleted an email I had composed because it suddenly remembered what I had been doing. Called Dell about all of these issues and after factory reset (less than 24 hours of owning) and they wanted me to pay for software support. It's not software! The BSOD was due to bad drivers which I solved, the trackpad just doesn't work. Read the reviews, you won't like this laptop. Returned it and bought a Spectre.

I called the geek squad and they spent an hour and a half remotely fixing it and the next day it crashed 3 more times. I have not had a chance to call again.
