Computer Shutdown

I have tried almost everything to fix the problem. When contacted Dell all they said was that it could be a software issue and needed to restore the computer back to factory settings. Didn't work. It's been two years and the computer still not fixed. I have tried many different things to fix the problem and still nothing. So, after the year warranty expired they told me that to get it fix I will have to send it to them and will have to pay for the repairs. What a customer service that is.....So I will stay as far away as I can from any DELL products as it is not the first time that I have encounter major problems with their products not to mention their customer service sucks. From my experiences with them and my personal and humble opinion.

Budget desktop

Found out after purchasing that it's running on a MOBILE processor (an energy efficient one meant for mid-tier laptops) and the RAM latency is a bit sub-par. Returned and got something faster.
