I purchased the Dell Inspiron desktop pc for the family after looking for one for sometime. I compared the features and prices of many makers and models. The salesman was quite helpful and offered the pros and cons of different options there at Best Buy. He showed me a better monitor for a lower price than I had originally found. I ended up with a better computer system than I would have chosen and I spent less than ai had even budgeted for it. IM impressed with the customer service and prices at Best Buy!

While the performance was pretty solid, the noise was so overpowering that I returned it. Even when it was hanging out in idle mode (not sleep, but on and not being used) the fan was constantly running loud.

This is a great computer, but when I first started using it it seemed to have a bunch of issues. Mostly this involved trouble connecting to WiFi networks, opening programs, long boot times, etc. Windows 10 has updated a few times and everything seems to be working fine now. I just wish I hadn't had to spend almost a month fighting with it. Almost brought it back. Also a little annoyed at how hard it is to upgrade Dell computers. Need an extra power connection for a video card or something? Too bad.

The computer is very fast and has not given me any problems. It was easy to hook up and runs fairly quietly.

this is a good desktop computer for my needs. I am going from windows xp to windows 10 so its a big jump and am still learning all the new curves to navigate but am doing good so far. no problems with the computers performance

Everything was as expected in the box. Setup was easy. So far (one month later) the computer works well. Windows 10 is a nice upgrade too.

I LOVE THE WIFI OPTIONS AND THE EASE OF SETTING UP INTERNET WITH THE WIFI

So far this is a great little computer. We purchased 3 of these to use. It performs very well so far. I had a learning curve- well I'm still working through it- learning Windows 10. Some of the easy old features are no longer present and it takes a bit to relearn where menus, etc. are. But the computer itself is performing as expected. It turns on, starts up, and does what I need it to throughout the day. So far, so good.

the graphics make my eyeballs melt out of my head!

Love the Desk top PC . Holds a lot of GB , can play Grand theft V without any trouble.

I was not able to get unit to work with my older HP display. I think there was a compatibility problem because my 21 inch display is approximately 6 years old. I returned unit for a complete system.

I WAS AMAZED AT THE QUICK RESPONSE TO DIFFERENT PROGRAMS AND THE OVERALL EASE OF SET-UP

I have had Dell computers before and was definitely not disappointed with this purchase.

I woke up one morning and my table top computer wouldn't boot. While visiting BestBuy, I ran a crossed this computer. It promised to do everything my old computer did and after reviewing all the specs and having a discussion with a member of the Geek Squad, I very confidently made the decision to purchase and put the computer into service. All has been working very smoothly ever since.

I have had the PC for a few months and have been generally pleased. But the Windows 10 program has been glitchy at times...and that gets annoying. But overall a very good value with great specs.

Got this for my son as a reward for good grades, and it's been worth every penny.

This was a replacement tower for one over 5 years old and is twice as fast, half the size, and lots of features. The salesman was very helpful and knowledgable. Overall very good ecperience

I live in computers, at work and at home. I have a couple of computers at home, one a little old, the other I bought in 2004 from Best Buy (hard to picture one that old). I really only used it to play music in my study, but it was really creaky. I replaced it with this one, and now I use my study every evening. Great computer with a shocking amount of memory! Great price!

Great computer! Bought this for a Christmas gift. Lots of power and speed!
