So far I haven't been disappointed and I am very happy with my purchase.

It's great overall after the computer boots up, but the hardrive is a little slow. Other than hardrive speeds, good computer overall

The computer met all of the requirements for the applications I am running included AutoCAD.

The PC performance and attributes are good as a mid-tier PC. Plenty of power and speed for normal usage. I'm not a gamer so cannot comment on it's support in that area.

just getting used to the new computer. the physical size of the computer is much larger than the last one I had. I like the small physical size better

Good Computer but I was expecting it to be a little faster, should have looked at spec's a little closure but it does all right for the price.

I purchased this for my college student and after I bought it I was told of the $150 discount on the purchase. I called Best Buy and was told I would receive the $150 credit back to my cc card for my purchase. I have still not received it and have called 4 times. Each time they say it is being processed and I should receive the credit within 7 days. I am loyal to Best Buy and would hope that they are loyal to their clients.

I love my new computer! So far everything is fine. Windows 10, could use some improvements, lacks drivers to install many add ons.

We bought this for the children, for Christmas, and they love it.

I got this CPU "Open Box" and on tax free weekend. The condition on the "Open Box" tag said "Satisfactory", I asked the manager what that meant and he said there were no issues with it. We opened the box and everything was there so I bought it. About 1 month after purchase the computer would not send a display signal from the DVI connection after a reboot. After determining that the problem wasn't with my monitor or cable, it eventually started sending a signal again. I am concerned that it may have had video issues before and had a different video card installed by Geek Squad and I wasn't told about it. If you look at the picture on Dell's website it only shows 1 HDMI out and mine has 2 and also it looks as if a aftermarket video card was installed in one of the expansion slots. Therefore, I am very suspect of this CPU. I would have probably returned it if I hadn't already upgraded to Windows Pro for my business use. Also, when I first started setting the computer up Best Buy failed to provide me with a Key to activate Windows. This computer's specs sound great but so far real world performance has been sub-par for a machine with these specs even when supposedly working right. I would only recommend buying this particular model if you can get a really good, closeout price on it. If I had paid the normal retail price I would not be a very happy customer. I'm not thrilled with this purchase as is. Approach with caution!

This was a great purchased investment and opportunity for my wife to work from home.....

I liked it so much I bought another one for my son.
