    Purchased this new Dell Inspiron desktop to replace the XP tower when it gave up the ghost. I was strictly looking for something that would work with my existing, non-touchscreen monitor. It works, so I'm grateful.

    Recently purchased this computer for a work from home purpose. Works well and is reliable, however I have been having issues with it supporting duel monitors.

    I don’t usually get anything with an i3 processor as they are super basic. This will get the job done for very generic usage. Don’t expect a lot of power.

      Thanks for your review and we're sorry to hear about your computer's startup. Please consider limiting the number of programs that launch at startup with these steps:

      1. Close all open windows.
      2. Press CTRL + Shift + ESC key together on the keyboard.
      3. In the Task Manager window, click Startup tab.
      4. Select the program or application that you want to disable from loading during startup.
      5. Right-click and select Disable.
      6. Repeat Step 4 & 5 for all the programs or applications that you want to disable from loading during startup.
      7. Restart your PC.

    I could not print to either of my 3 printers because the computer name was not recognized/listed anywhere. Geek squad refused to help me. I used it for 1 month. I regret this purchase and will not buy another computer from Best Buy!

    I'm not a computer person but I know my old computer was way faster than this one. Also having problems with videos playing among other issues. Save your money.
