A: It comes with a power cord, keyboard and mouse.
A: most streaming services only need 4megs per sec to stream, the video and board in this machine is more than adequate to handle that. if it gets choppy it's not the machine

A: It does come with Microsoft Office preinstalled which includes Word & Excel, you will need to purchase a license to fully activate and use.
Q: Will this computer run two monitors at the same time?
A: Yes, there is a VGA and an HDMI video port on the back of the tower. Cables do not come with the tower, and often do not come with monitors nowadays. Windows 7 and 10 will support two monitors in duplicate or extended mode.
Q: DVD is stuck how do I get it out without hurting the tower
A: there is a pin hole -use a paper clip to open the tray. look to the corner of the tray itself it is well hidden.
Q: How may RAM slots are used up? Are there two 4GB sticks, or 1 8GB stick?
A: I will answer my own question... The BestBuy model came with one 8GB stick of RAM, making the upgrade to 16GB easy and cheap.

A: I only use Microsoft’s essential. I have windows 10. But it comes with Mcfee and webroot.
