I really like the compact size of the tower and the performance is awesome!!!!!!

My old HP almost 10 years old decided to stop working. I needed a computer so I just went right in to get one. I bought the entire package with all extended warranties. This DELL is so much smaller, lightweight to carry, easy to connect, and clean. Its much faster, and can hold much more materials as its a 1TB drive. So far 6 weeks into the purchase I am extremely pleased with my DELL and don't know if I will ever buy another kind of computer. Make sure if you're plugging in any external drives, or devices you use the back USB ports. Because I couldn't get my SeaGate external drive to work for 4 weeks until the Geek Squad said try the back ports instead. It connects directly to the mother board and make sure they are plugged in USB and power before you turn on the computer. Other than no issues, so very pleased. Thank You Best Buy and DELL for putting out quality products!!

Just starting to render video files for my youtube channel and wanted an affordable computer that would do the job quickly. The 8 gig ram, which is upgradable to 16, performed nicely. Small tower fit nicely in my small office area as well. The only thing I can criticize is the cd slot being vertical vs. horizontal. The speed of loading pages and multitasking with several windows open I thought would be slow, but again I was surprised with the performance in speed and processing my requests. A great buy for the price!

The Dell had a old win 10 that needed a long update. Had offers loaded for McAfee, which I hate. Trouble trying to delete all the stuff I don't need. Very silent running PC, fairly good speed, and easy setup.

My Mom's old computer stopped working so she needed a new one. I did some research and trust Best Buy to have great "stuff" at reasonable prices and guess what? They didn't disappoint. This computer is exactly what my Mom needed to surf the web, watch videos, play Scrabble and Bejewelled 3, email, and use Microsoft Word. This computer is able to do all the basics plus more. If you're looking for a simple computer at an unbeatable price then look no further.

Bought as a replacement for an old (12 years) machine, this computer has been great. It was easy to set up and has worked flawlessly since. It's quick with lots of storage and handles new add on devices easily. I don't game on it so I can't speak to gaming capabilities. I'm very satisfied.

My new Dell computer works very well and serves my simple daily needs very well. It was easy to set up and get it running and easy to operate. Compared to my worn out previous computer this one is like a real whiz. I am very pleased. Also the folks at the "Geek Squad" were so helpful with patience and good explanations.

Superb footprint, plenty of memory 8GB, lots of power for a small package.

I really appreciate the quality of this Dell computer. It is a nice design and stands upright rather than flat so it takes up little room. It is sleek and attractive. My only complaint is that it does not have built in sound nor a microphone so you have to buy them separately. It is fairly fast and is reliable and I do not regret buying it although I wouldn't have if I had know that it did not include those options.

I have recently bought 3 of these cuz i really like the specs, the price, the size, and ease of setting up. I think these are a solid system and the ones I've bought similar to this over the years are still functioning great!

Old desktop quit and needed something with storage for movies and music that I could use for typical web browsing and streaming the occasional movie/show. This computer does the job and has been reliable and easy to use

For the money this unit is awesome, it is a good size and powerful enough for casual to moderate use. If you want to do video editing etc I would go for an i5, but for simple use this is good.

purchased this for my parents to replace 10 year old computer. Its perfect for simple to moderate use. Fast and easy to use. Also like the smaller footprint of the tower. Folks love it.

Bought this for a family member and I have not regretted it. Always stable and easy to fix any issue. Compact and quiet. Perfect for the older user.

The size of the unit fits perfectly under my desk. The quality and speed is good for what I need. And good price.

So far so good. The computer works pretty good when there are multiple tabs open. I also like the fact that it is small and compact.
