We bought the floor model which was discounted even more than the sale price because it was missing the documentation and had a scratch on it but it works great for my wife. She needed to upgrade from her Windows 7 computer to Windows 10 anyway so this worked out well for us.

pretty good priced. not s super fast computer. seems like it should be faster than it is with 8GB ram. but with this price on sale, there isnt too much to complain. slim form factor and a weak powersuppluy. if you're looking to upgrade to a higher end videocard , this isnt for you.

My laptop lost its screen but i was able to plug in an external monitor. The laptop was 5 years old so i knew its time was limited. After discussing with a geek squad tech, i learned that a desktop was not only cheaper but had more memory and the processor was faster. It works great.

I needed a work station computer ASAP when a 6 year old PC failed on a Friday. I went to closest Best Buy and this Dell was in stock. It is a great computer for my office network. It was easy to set up. The compact size works great. It has met all my needs.

Our mother needed a new pc. She (and we) love it! It starts smoothly and she's had no problems using it. We love the size of it. In fact, when mine needs to be upgraded, I will probably purchase something similar to this one for myself.

This PC was a great substitute after my wife's hard drive crashed. She lost some valuable pictures, but that was not Dell's fault or the fault of Best Buy. this PC is much faster than what she had before and she is very pleased with it.

Was looking for an inexpensive Media Server for my new 55 inch LG big screen. All the software was pre-installed and I loaded up Windows office and the latest version of Adobe read-only. It all worked like a charm and autoloaded the LG software My Grandfather went to use it and it worked perfectly Recommend it --- Heck Yeah

Well worth the money!....very fast...it was up and running in no time...take the time to get rid of the bloatware and its pretty quick!

I thought I had made a horrible mistake buying this initially. It was painfully slow. However, once it went through all the updates, it performs as well as any computer I've spent four times as much to bring home.

We needed an update for our desktop and was just looking but Mike was well versed on the desktop we bought it that day. How amazing it is working. All the speed and shortcuts on this Dell Inspirion we are very pleased

This is a great PC. It's fast; reliable; and I have peace of mind by owning it. I had a Dell before this. But it was 10 years old. It served me very well------but with non support Vista, it was time for a new one!

Since I just hooked up the new Dell, I am looking forward to checking out 'new' things. This item replaced my outdated tower (hard drive). Like the smaller, compact size. So far I am having fun exploring!!!

its a very smooth experience with a bit of power under the hood and easy control. I bought this for my mom, and she does her basic emails and plays games. My brother uses it for a bit more, and I'm happy this can help them.

This computer is a good, basic machine that does everything I need it to, and nothing I don't need. Plenty of power, good for word processing and accessing the Internet, without all the bells and whistles some new toys have.

Wow, a lot has changed in the computer world since my last purchase in 2009! I am very pleased with the power and capability of my new desktop... and the price was excellent, too!

Does everything I need. HUGE improvement over the old machine. Young lad who set it up for me knows his business and did the job in jig time. Cheap, works good, lasts a long time.

I needed a updated computer and I got the dell--it had great reviews--and as for me its real good---its faster and takes up a little less space--my only drawback as in just about all desktops only one draw---

Bought it for the 8th generation i3-8100 CPU which is better than the older i5 CPUs. It would have been nice if it had an SSD drive, but instead it has a clunky 3.5" full size Seagate drive. It was really slow at first, 100% disk utilization, especially after a fresh reboot. After removing some of the bloatware software, it got a little better, but still slower than a 5-year old PC...It came installed with an older release of Windows 10, which was the main problem. Once it was upgraded to version 1803, it got much better.

I used this computer in my tax preparation business and it was so effective, fast and reliable. Perfect for my needs for personal and business purposes

My Mother needed a new computer so I started hunting for a bargain at Bestbuy. Found this at a very good price. It has more power and speed than she needs.
