Really love the new Windows 10, ease of use quiet Dell i3 computer. The HP 25vCard monitor is the boss. Sales person helped package the two items for my needs. Great experience.

Bought this for my husband. It is our link to family out of state. Easy to use and setup! Recommend to anyone else looking for a great computer. He doesn't do much gaming,so I cant say how it will be for that but for our needs its awesome!

I am not a computer geek so I have to have something that is easy to use and preloaded with basic stuff .This pc fits the bill.It has windows 10 preinstalled along with having a very good help/support system.I am very happy with this system.

Wanting a desktop computer is becoming obsolete, but when I was told computers don't last very long,6-7 years, I wanted to be as economical as possible. The Dell tower was reasonably priced ala carte, and you might not need a new monitor.

The computer is very fast, but I do not like needing a Microsoft account to set up a user account in Windows 10. My wife does not like it, because she uses Yahoo for email.

This Dell is a solid system that is fast and has enough processing power and memory to handle almost anything. It is not a high powered gaming or a professional CAD system but will handle any software and graphic programs for home use.

Not necessarily the smallest of desktops, it's still not overly bulky. Hard to imagine anyone other than the hardcore gamer needing much more desktop than this these days.

Looking at all the different types of machines out there this was a great buy for what you get. This will meet my needs for many years to come. And I will still have a viable system.

I read from some of the reviews that some are having problems with windows 10 not being installed correctly and working. That's unfortunate and if neither Best Buy or Dell are offering to reinstall windows 10 I can definitely understand the negative reviews. However, my experience so far has been different so I want to try and give those that are considering this computer as accurate review as possible. First and foremost this computer offers a lot of memory both RAM and Hard Drive with options to upgrade and expand. The RAM is expandable to 16GB and you can also add a second hard drive or SSD if you want. I looked at a lot of other computers in this price range and even though I found some good ones they didn't offer as much bang for the buck as this Dell computer did. This computer is extremely fast from the time you boot up to shut down. It also is a very quiet operating computer and you can barely hear it running. It has four 2.0 USB ports and two 3.0 ports. Both 3.0 ports are on the back of the computer so I do wish one of them would of been on the front but that's not a big issue. Windows 10 comes preinstalled on this computer and out of the box I had absolutely no problems setting everything up. I have only had this computer four days and I'm still getting familiar with windows 10 but my first impression is that I think most will like it because its much more user friendly than windows 8 and you have the start button back and you can choose whether you want your desktop to be in a desktop mode that looks much like windows 7 or you can go back to the tablet ( windows 8 metro) screen. As with any new operating system there is bound to be some early bugs and problems but so far I have to say I am glad I purchased this computer because of what you're getting for your money when you compare it to others. My best advice is that you hold on to your receipt and be aware of the return policy in case you get one that windows 10 is not installed correctly. Otherwise this is a very fast, solid computer; take a look at the good reviews this very computer got with windows 8.1 installed in it; this is the same computer only it has windows 10.

Nice fast desktop with to much extra garbage loaded into it. The free trial of anti-virus is fine, but I don't need ll the system healer and other stuff. Just annoying.

I purchased a Dell tower that already had Windows 10 installed. When I took it out of the box and started it up, the software wanted to collect some profile information first. As I entered data, the monitor went blank, and started flashing different colors. This was upsetting, as I had a similar issue when I upgraded to Windows 10 on my Toshiba laptop. I had no choice but to hard boot the computer to restart the computer. Unfortunately, the system said that there was a startup error, and it defaulted to a log-in screen with ‘DEFAULTUSER0’ and waiting for a password to complete the log-in. After waiting on hold for almost an hour, then spending another two hours on the phone, being passed to four different techs, there was no one at Dell who could correct the issue. Eventually, I was promised a replacement hard drive to be installed by a Dell technician. I was told that the Dell rep would install the new hard drive, and make sure that everything was operational before they left. I received e-mails that parts were on order. After two weeks, I attempted to contact Dell once again, both by phone and on-line chat. The waiting period on both were over 40 minutes, and it was apparent that the person on the chat line was doing multiple chats at the same time. Regardless, it was the chat customer rep who reported that there was a problem with my shipping address. Dell had recorded it as XXX street, Goose Creek, Carolina, CA 29445. Obviously, there is a lack of knowledge at Dell Customer Service about the names of states in the US. I provided my address as SOUTH Carolina. I do not know where they got CALIFORNIA from. The Dell database should have flagged an immediate error between my zip code, and the state that was typed in. Someone should fix that. And, someone should have contacted me right away, if there was an issue with my home address. Bottom line, my return period for Best Buy was at an end. After being as patient as I could be with the problems from Dell’s customer service support, I returned the computer to Best Buy for a refund. I do like Dell products, but it will probably be some time before I purchase another one for myself.

This is pretty much your standard pre-built computer. It has decent RAM, hard drive memory, and it's at a semi-affordable price. It's not too bad for a starting computer.

Totally pleased with my new Dell tower. Would not change a thing. I may need to get a beautiful new monitor for it now since it works so wonderfully and fits all my work needs.

Typical Dell quality. I have had better luck with Dell computers than any other brand. They seem to have fewer problems and technical support and self diagnostics/ ability to self repair is much easier with online support at Dell's website. I just wish they would start using more SDD drives as they would be way faster. When i have replaced my SATA drives with SDD it is a huge performance boost.

My fourth Dell. I was using windows XP, and it was time. I have no doubt this will make my online usage much easier and faster with features not available until now.

Out of the box the Dell was easy to set up. Windows 10 takes a little to get used to but it is fairly intuitive. All in all an easy transition from my last Dell machine. Up and running within a few hours of purchase.

Was easy to install. Had difficulty with back up program. Still working on that.
