This is used for simple web surfing, simple documentations, and QuickBooks. Not for serious gaming, although Facebook games work. Windows 10 is not as intuitive as Microsoft wants consumers to believe the operating system to be, in my humble opinion. I gave this as a gift to my father, whose Windows xp computer failed, so that is my reference for ease of use.
