Can't leave an e-mail or get a call back, and wait while on hold times are several hours. The hardware is probably OK, but Dell's poor treatment of customers who have already spent their money on Dell products strikes me as an unfair trade practice.

avoid this computer at all cost!

I have always been a Dell guy, and NEVER had any problems with 3 previous purchases over time. (The first one I received) got one step into Windows 10 loading and the screen flipped out and the computer locked up in a vicious locked loop. I returned it, and the (second one I received) got one spot further into the loading and the same flip out and locked up cycle happened again. (Almost word for word happened to another customer, that has written a review of this computer, look it up!) I returned it for an HP Pavillion 550-a114, with NO problems loading Windows 10, or any other problems. Save yourself the time and frustration. This Dell Desktop has serious problems. I'm not the only one who says so.
