product only worked for 6 weeks
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased computer on Jan 11, 2016, on Feb. 20 when I turned it on I received a error message that windows 10 would not load. I called the geek squad amd did get a call back in 15 minutes but there was no one on the line, I called back and got through and again no one on the line. I took the computer to Best Buy and was told they would send it out to be fixed under the warranty and I would have it back in 10 to 14 days, but I would have to reload the office program and web root program. Why am I paying for Geek Squad? I want the computer back and the programs I paid for put back on, I want to bring it home plug it in and go back to work. Thank havens I back up the computer every night or I would have had to pay to get my data saved. Not to happy with the whole situation, let me know if you can correct the issues.
