My computer works just fine. Not thrilled with the changes to Internet Explorer (AKA Edge) ... Windows 10 took a little time to explore and learn. It's ok. Bottom line is the computer works and that's just great!

I purchased this for my business. This is my first desktop in 15 years and I love it! It is easy to use and very fast! I don't like change but this change has been a breeze.

Everything I need in a desktop. Easy set up, easy to use. I'm not a gamer so the speed is more than enough for me.

Computer does everything I need it to do. still trying to get use to apps. I feel like I'm on my phone not a computer.

I am still getting acquainted with all the wonderful things I can do. Had older 2009 before so excited to learn.

Dell was a replacement for my 8 yr old HP with Vista. The Dell is so much faster, easier to manage my files and locate web sites. The larger monitor is awesome.

Have been using this model for over a year. Very stable and not many problems. The RAM is sufficient for most jobs. HD gives plenty of space.

We purchased this as a replacement for an outdated/slow computer and this unit provides great value for the money. It's easy to install and works great.

It does not accept the new 5G that was not good. I have to work it on the slow wifi instead of being able to work it on the new fastest.

The computer is very good, but I am having to learn about the Windows 10. I do not understand the difference between my old Dell that is a "Core 15" and the new Dell which is a "Core 13"

Needed a new desktop that allowed for more advanced projects. Small problem with preloaded editing program, but work perfectly with Adobe.

The only thing I didn't realize is that my computer does not have sound. You have to purchase speakers.

We have made a giant jump from our last computer...XP...to the 10. Learning it is very easy so far. Looking forward to all the new discoveries awaiting me.

This computer is great and ive had if for about a year now. I bought a new computer to play games on steam. It runs most games descent, but i need to drop the quality a bit. (CS:GO, H1Z1, Gmod, TF2). I do wish i had build myself a computer instead, but if you are looking for a computer to play games and do schoolwork on, it is great pc for it! I recommend doing a lot of research and find out exactly what you need in your computer.

I purchased this because I was getting to my wit's end with my macbook and needed something more concrete to keep all my work files on. This computer hasn't failed me yet, and has been able to keep up with me even when I do some light PC gaming

The first one we bought was no good so we returned it and you replaced it and made sure it was a working computer before we left the store thank you.

I was disappointed that one of the CD drives didn't have a CD drive in it and there was no USB ports or card readers in the front.

I did some research before deciding to make my purchase. The people especially Raquel was extremely helpful & pleasant to work with. She made my shopping experience great.

Nice computer and still getting use to the Windows 10 operating system. Compared to HP with Windows 7 I had and replaced, just as soon have the 7 operating system on the new Dell.

Only had one problem with the computer. One time turning it on there was no display. Rebooted 6-8 times and got the same result. Then it just worked and has ever since.
