I have always had Dell products and the ease of purchase and the courteous staff at your facility made it a pleasure doing business with Best Buy.

Defferent than Vista

What are the other 2 for?? I did not receive a manual with this product and would like to have one

Easy to set up and work

Good computer for home use

It's a computer, nothing real good or bad about it

I had difficulty with the hard drive right from the start. The Geek squad was great but unable to resolve the issue. A replacement computer was given to me and the original taken back by the store. No questions asked. easy process, but still inconvenienced me for a time. I guess I will get beyond the inconvenience. Thank you for resolving my issue.
