I bought this computer to replace my old Dell (I wouldn't buy any other brand). It has worked good so far. It looks just like my old one. The first day I set it up and once after, I had to do a hard shut down because the screen begun to flicker in different colors. Don't know if it was the computer, or operating system (Windows 10) problem.

Excellent computer. Works efficient and have had no problems with it so far. I would recommend this to anyone looking to buy a new desktop.

Exactly what I had hoped for. Prints Photos nicely and is great for my everyday printing. I am happy to have each color of ink cartridge separately, saves funds on ink purchases. Thanks!

This is my first Dell and will not be my last. I find no need to update the sound or video cards yet. Does all I ask and that works for me.

We were very impressed by the Geek Squad agent who installed our components & desktop, and migrated our data files. He was effective, efficient, and quite pleasant. He even liked our cats!!

This is the 2nd one I've got of this computer only thing I don't care for is this one for some reason is slower then the other one

System is quick and responsive. Always bought HP before. Only drawback with this is the CD- Rom dosen't accept all DVD discs for burning.

really like the dell computer this is my first time with a dell i have always used HP in the past. but very satisfied with this one

I am retired so I don't do a lot of detailed things that you would in a work environment, but for what I do at home this is a great PC.

Got lots of help from the sales staff and they were very courteous and knowledgable.

I'm pleased with my pc and find it has more than enough features to meet my needs.

Bought this for computer in office. Reasonable price and good performance.

It is good but in my old computers I had free Microsoft office, now I used this and I had one month free and it says I need to purchase new one. I use this for home purpose and may type one letter a month, and so do I need to purchase a computer whose basic need is to check mails and to print letters, and also purchase each program? I guess we will have to pay for internet explorer in the future.

I was not thrilled about getting a Dell Computer due to prior experience with buying directly from the company, but this computer had features that the HP did not have.

Nothing special, just your basic everyday p.c.! Intel i3 cou is very nice, but thats about it. Plain jane mobo, 2 dimms of ddr3 memory maxxed out at 16gb-8gb x 2. Crummy 300w dell ps, support for 2 hdd, and 2 odd. 2 pcie slots, and 1 pcie x16 slot. Returned this for a much nicer Ibuypower gaming pc, with a intel i5 6600 cpu with a killer Gigabyte mobo, with much more room to grow!
