Still trying to figure it out. Why didn't the microsoft office get transferred from the old computer to the new one?

Best buy made it so easy from choosing to in store pick up. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. And the price was very reasonable and competitive. I would recommend this product and best buy to anyone looking for a new computer and screen.

I hired someone to transfer everything from my old computer (Windows XP). I'm disappointed that he's had to return 3 times to re-install, because the new computer totally crashed...flashing screen, numerous messages, unable to start, etc.

I love my new desktop. It has all that I need - CD slot, camera card slot, etc.

I'm not impressed with this computer. It may just be the Windows 10 I do not like! Also, it does not come with Microsoft Office products. If I knew that, I would not have bought it!

I needed a computer and sound card for my 5.1 sound system. This works great.

Pros: - Quick - 8 Gigs of Ram - 1TB HDD - Minimal Bloatware - Quiet Cons: -Power supply is garbage, literally 350W - No dedicated video (but for this price who cares?) - Seagate HDD I purchased this box looking for an inexpensive machine that would be compatible with Ubuntu flavors of linux. I normally build my own computer, but the price that I got this computer for, I could not say no. Setup of Linux Mint was a breeze and every driver worked out of the box, no messing with third party drivers for this machine! Linux and windows performance are what you would expect for a machine with this spec, snappy, but not the fastest around. I had a couple of spare parts that I used to upgrade this machine into a pretty stout little desktop. I added a 256 gig SSD, I yanked out that Junk Seagate and installed a WD Black 2TB for storage, Trashed that garbage power supply and put in a spare Corsair CX550 PSU, and added my old NVidia GeForce 650TI Super clocked card. This thing screams now, and can play many newer games ad med settings just fine. Even without all that additional work done, this machine is quite capable and should prove to be a solid, dependable workhorse. I took one star off for the cheap power supply, as an IT professional, I know the disastrous effects of using a cheap power supply.

Does what i need a computer to do. Its basic, but thats what i needed.

Just love Dell computers and their products. And this computer rocks.

Have hundreds of dollars worth of games bought from Steam. Most won't run on this PC. Maybe it is just Windows 10 or maybe the graphics card. Not sure, but not happy.

My mom really loves this computer. She is still getting familiar with it but it is a lot faster than her other one. She could turn the old one on and take a shower and it still will not have not booted up. This one is real fast!!!!
