Great Computer and Processing Speed

Windows 10 is terrible

That program stinks and their email system is awful. Constantly getting failure to deliver notifications and I can't even make folders for my emails. On top of that it didn't even come with its own word processor. Didn't discover this til I got home. No one told me that in the store. Had to pay an additional $150 online before I could write a document.

I PURCHASED ONE AND RETURNED IT THE FOLLOWING DAY

I PURCHASED ANOTHER BRAND AND AM VERY SATISFIED WITH IT I HOPE I CAN MASTER IT. I AM 84 YEARS OLD AND IF I CAN GET USED TO IT AND FAMILIARIZE MYSELF WITH IT AS WELL AS I DID WINDOWS XP IT SHOULD LAST ME THE REST OF MY LIFE.

Windows 10 is a joke and it takes about 3-4 tries to get someplace that took only 1 click on my old computer. Seems everything is different and more difficult with this new equipment. And I am not using the computer nearly as much as I once was with my former computer.
