Fast in and out of the store. Quick assistance in the computer dept. The selection was pretty good. Wish I didn't have to use Windows 10.

Got a good price and the Geek Squad setup made it as simple as plugging it in to get started. Glad to be back to a desktop for working at home.

I don't need a lot of power from my home computed, and I didn't want to spend a lot of money. I bought this one open box to save $100. I like Windows 10, and everything is fine except the Bluetooth isn't working. It came with 6 months of Geek Squad, but they couldn't get it working remotely. I will have to take it in, which is a bother.

I like the computer because I don't have to wait for the computer to process very long. For the things that i do with it I am very happy.

Love my new desktop. Easy to use and has everything I need. The salesman really knew how to match a desktop with my computer needs.

I purchased this open box Geek squad certified pc to save some money so I could put it towards Microsoft office software. The pc works fine. I chose a Geek squad certified open box because I assumed it was gone over to make sure it was ok. This unit was used by some one and they never erased his information off of it. Since it has Microsoft Windows 10 which was new to me, it took me about 2 weeks to figure out how to erase or reset Windows 10 so it only had my information on it as if I purchased it new. I was very close to returning it and buying a new one. The computer did not come manual of any kind. Just the pc, keyboard and mouse. I don't think I'll buy a used or open box pc again from Best Buy geek certified.

no issues with setup, working as expected, only win 10 issue was missing outlook express but windows live mail is an ok substitute

This machine was purchased for a small office. Its worked just fine and has all the features we needed at a reasonable price.

This computer has exceeded my needs! Good for light usage, but not heavy duty stuff.

The tower works fine although I am not yet a fan of windows 10. Not a lot of support on windows unless you pay extra for it. Still awaiting a partial refund for a Geek promo that was included but I didn't want. It was automatically in the price.

Exceptionally slow and distracted service. PC is OK, but Windows 10 is lousy.

Bought this computer for my 5th one from Best buy !! Had all Hp's before sure wish would of did another one just doesn't perform has to reboot or do a system restore to get it to work again !! Just wish could get rid of it but stuck with it now !!

ONLY PROBLEM IS SOMETIMES HAVE TO BOOT 2 OR 3 TIMES BEFORE IT STARTS

This computer is a nice replacement of my old out of date computer.

Knew what I wanted going in and this fit the bill. Great price too!

The Dell processor works fine. However, a high percentage of the time, the space bar on the keyboard doesn't register, and I have to go back and hit it again. Windows 10 will probably be OK in a couple of years, but it has crashed more in three weeks than Vista did in the last three years.
