Failed during setup

Hate Windows 10

The computer itself seems to work okay but we hate the Windows 10 operating system. Very difficult to find anything. Had trouble getting the printer to work at initial set up and Dell wouldn't help unless we purchased an expensive plan.

And my biggest pet peeve with ALL things is no written instruction manual. Sure you can call for help but if you don't know what to ask .....You need a written guide. Still can't figure out how to print anything.

Good basic computer

My main complaint is I wasn't able to install one of my old graphics cards because of poor case design and the card being far too long.
