Very disappointed. Chose Dell because of all the good things I had heard about this computer brand. Both computers had the DVD drive to go out after only one download.Both kept giving message "Failed to Connect to Windows" and thus computer failed to work. Only half of my Emails came through(my phone was getting others) Printer kept losing connection. The second one finally wouldn't even turn on.

It's a lower end PC, but works great for my needs.

I purchased this computer brand new not refurb was factory sealed by Dell with Dell tape. After I got it home and spent 6 hours installing all my software and programs I went to activate windows and got an error code saying this product key already in use by another computer. I called best buy they said sorry we cant help you this is a Microsoft issue and I had to call them or bring it back for an exchange. I called Microsoft and they said it is Dells problem, I called dell and they say it is best buys problem. Now Dell is coming to my house to install a new mother board, I think best buy should have offered to have their geek squad resolve this issue. it was 1 day old!

This computer was NOT the one I researched before purchasing in store... The one that I researched & had seen on sale in the ad wasn't in stock so this computer was 'almost' like the other one so the sales guy said. NOT!! It doesn't even have Microsoft office which was one of my must haves! Plus... This processor seems too slow. Really not happy with this purchase what so ever...

My first computer was a Dell and it lasted forever.. I purchased a few other brands and they seem to all go out after less than 2 years. So I am back to buying nothing but Dell computers from now on. They seem to last much longer, in fact they seem to last until they are too old to keep up.

Husband was tired of the problems he kept having on his lap top, so he asked for a desk top for Christmas. He is very pleased with his Dell - processor speed and storage space.

A little bigger than my last tower, but it's plug and play without any problems. Windows 10 is a little harder to navigate through, but that's the program, not the tower, and I have already been using Windows 10 on the laptop.

Will not work - facebook/games/aol mail will not upload half the time - sits and does nothing - knocks you out of games - can't get back in - windows 10 - I HATE IT!!!

Terrible experience with Windows 10,on phone with Dell support over 3 hours,,told me that some pre installed Windows 10 had a issue,I may still RETURN THIS PURCHASE!!..

I am very happy with the products I chose. I wasn't to sure when I first went in what products I needed and with the help of the Best Buy staff made a good choice. Thanks to Geek Squad for installing what I needed all I had to do was pretty much plug in when I got home.

When 1st hooked up printer it worked. 2nd time tried to use it, it wouldn't print. Have checked an double checked and everything is hooked up correct. Printer is set as the default printer.

If you want to play games, you should buy something else. This is a work or business computer because it is so minimal with its components.

I had a HP I bought less than 2 years ago and it died and had no other option but to buy a new one. So I got a dell and will never get another compaq or Hp they are just. Hoping for the best with this one=) So far so good.

I hesitated purchasing the Intel i3 processor. It is a bit slow, however it serves the purpose. My friend is very happy with it and it fit her budget.

I don't know if the problem is the tower or the Windows 10 software but I essentially paid $450 for a paperweight. Got it home, hooked it up. It started quickly but after the second startup page it automatically re-booted and took me back to the first startup page. This happened no fewer than 8 times before I re-boxed to return. I tried a hard re-set and restarted but never got past the 2nd startup page. I exchanged for another to see if it was just that tower.

All set up and works good, but windows 10 was not activated and Dell did not think to pack the product code with the package.

I've had no trouble out of most of my dell products except for they don't last for more than 7 years lol

I really hate doing this. I have no idea about the computer yet my rating is for best buy and its shipping. They messed my order up big time and have left a lot of doubt as to my continuing to purchase from them. The computer did have a major disappointment in that it does not have an DVI port. This forced me to spend more money on a DVI to HMDI cable which to me is a joke

BOUGHT A HP COMPUTER BEFORE - IT WAS ABOUT 10 YEARS OF AGE. VERY SLOW. SO I DECIDED I NEEDED A NEW ONE, HENCE I CAME TO BEST BUY. GOOD CHOICE....GOOD STUFF

The computer was everything I was expected and even a little extra. Great investment.
