    Starts up fast runs smooth. Ports one .tow.and 3. Are fully functional. Dvd burned fast. And the fan works great

    Chad was prompt, very knowledgeable and very skilled at setting up my laser printer. He showed me how to use the printer, scanner, and told me what I need to do to be fax ready. He also gave me some help on my SMART TV. Very professional service from Chad, a pleasure to work with.
