disappointed with product,,,couldn't even set it up at home ...had to return to store geek squad.

I've had the PC now for about 5 days and have had no issues with it whatsoever. The first few reviews were very negative in nature in regards to Windows 10 not being installed properly which is possible and if it occurred it's quite easy to return for a refund or another PC. PC is easily upgraded I will be dropping a Blu-Ray player in as well as and additional hard drive. The only thing I had to do was purchase a HDMI to DV-I cable since I have an older 24" inch Dell monitor which does not have an HDMI input. In closing it's a fast compact PC which unless you're doing some very serious gaming I see no reason why you would need to spend more.

For the price this computer offers lots of features not found on other units at this price point. Windows 10 worked fine right out of the box. Nothing to do but load my programs and documents - it was ready to go. I appreciate that Dell no longer loads these computers with lots of bloatware. I only had to take the McKee Security Suite off as I don't use this software. Nothing else to remove. Great!! Seems like a great computer - and it is extremely fast.

Should have chose a different brand cause I've not really used it and the screen is flashing a lot of different colors...

Even though I like Dell's, this one was trash. Windows 10, would not setup.

Bought this Dell computer for my wife to replace the Dell computer that she has been using since 2001. (Yes, I know, lol) She loves the speed with which this computer does everything and we love Windows 10. The set-up was as simple as it gets - plug it in, power it up, complete a quick automated registration, let Windows10 automatically download updates and you're all set. My wife picked out this Dell and she just loves it. I bought my Dell computer at BestBuy also, about five years ago (XPS 8300), and I love mine too. P.S. I upgraded to free Windows10 on my five-year old Dell (i7-2600)when Microsoft first made that available and Windows10 is so much better and faster than all previous versions of Windows.

Overall this computer so far has performed great at a great price. Reason i give 4 stars is because of all the adware and possibly malware that was installed. Spent a good half day trying to remove it all, but finally ended up doing a clean factory windows 10 reset. That did the trick and the computer is ad free.

So far so good with this purchase. We initially bought another more expensive Lenovo desktop, but had to return it within 48 hrs due to Malware and pop up issues. This Dell was cheaper and ultimately easier to hook up and get set up. I have been running it flawlessly for several days and happy with the Windows 10 upgrade. Praying this desktop lasts me for awhile!

We purchased this tower to replace our older model that was very slow. Dell does not disappoint! The processor is very quick in this tower and everything seems to run smoothly! Would recommend!

Great machine, what i did was make a bootable usb media for windows 10, free from microsoft site, installed a 240gb solid state drive ($70) fresh installed windows 10 to that new solid state drive and have the best pc in the office. One could make the drive it came with a secondary drive for large files, etc. so it does not just stay out of the machine but 240gb is fine for me. 20 second boot up to internet with security installed. You don't need a product key for windows 10 if your pc came with windows 10 microsoft stores its license validation on their end so a new drive with windows 10 home bootable media and you are all set. Solid State drives are much faster than typical drives so the i3 with solid state combination makes this faster for my use than an i5 or i7 with standard hard disk drive.

The computer its a lemon, I had to sent it back to dell so they can fixed, I always had apple, I should stayed with apple

I am upgrading from a 6 year old iMac and Windows 10 is SO much better than I anticipated. This is the quietest tower I have ever owned don't even hear it running. I was so used to the older towers making so much noise. For the price I couldn't go wrong. This computer was purchased to do normal everyday tasks and for my 11 year old son to play some video games on. I myself am getting back into gaming. I know that this probably won't run the "high end" games, but it's a great beginner to get my feet wet in the gaming scene again. I don't think you can upgrade the graphics card but that's cool, I plan on building one later on and this may someday become a "Frankenstein" gamer LOL. All in all nice computer tower and it does have room for expansions and a horizontal drive tray, I really don't like the new style of vertical.

Amazing to think you can get 1 TB Disk space and 8 GB RAM for such a good price these days! This PC satisfied the needs I had for my family PC.

I purchased this one to replace my 5 y/o one. And it worth it! I am not sure if it is because it has 8GB of memory or because I am using windows 10 but my internet navigation is so FAST! And I only have a cheap internet service of 2MB. The only thing I don't like is that the tower is big. But everything else is great!!

If you just need a reliable PC for web browsing, working on documents, and e-mail, then this is the PC for you. The I-3 processor makes it very quick for web browsing and it doesn't have all the features of a laptop or a more advanced PC that you'll probably never need or use.

Just bought this computer and love it no problems.very fast and has tons of memory.

Always have trusted Dell products. Good PC. Using for my music studio. Windows 10 is good but best keep a Vista or Win7 machine around if you want to use the old 32 bit programs.

I have always been an Apple person but my husband convinced me that getting a Dell would be the best way to go. I have to say I am pleased with it but am not crazy about it coming with Windows 10. I know that's more software related but I feel like they kind of go hand in hand. I love the amount of ports it has and that it has little doors that flip up and down to keep everything hidden, giving it a clean look. We don't have a desk to hide it from plain sight so we wanted something practical, functional and pleasing to the eye and it is just that.

I've had this computer for about a week and everything is perfect. I only use it for internet browsing and the system has no problem performing quickly and efficiently with 10 Chrome tabs open at once.

I had purchased this tower to upgrade to a faster processor and more memory for my needs. THis tower has exceeded my expectations and is working well.
