I find this to be a fine computer. Originally purchased an Inspiron 3252 which was pathetically slow. Not this one. It's fast and quiet. This is replacing a 7 year old dell which is still going strong but gave to someone in need.

I am going to be honest with you this is the best computer i have ever had. it is Fast, excellent computer. i will have recommend you to buy this computer!! :)

Bought this system for my parents. It is perfect for their needs. Web surfing, email, doing taxes, etc. It was easy to set up and even has built in wifi.

I got a open box computer and it had some problems 1.Have to turn it on 6-7 times for it to show the "DELL" Logo (it means it 's loading the OS) 3.they had a 700GB file where all the file's from The previous owner the they should of deleted (I have a 1000GB hard drive) 2.The hard drive locked itself when I had it

I got this and Windows 10 not installed correctly. Now in limbo between Windows and Dell. Dell said if I want to pay another $200, they can fix it. NO! Brand new computer should work right out of the box. Windows offered no help, they are only offering help with upgrades. VERY dissatisfied customer!

This is a pretty good PC for a fair price. it has most of the required capabilities for most tasks and is easy to use.

I purchased this unit based on the price and that fact it came preloaded with Windows 10. Here's the scoop: I never successfully completed the Windows 10 setup. It repeatedly locked up two pages into the setup. I called Dell support and they had no one with any experience with Windows 10. They said it appeared the Windows installation was corrupted and recommended I return the unit to the store. I did take it back and got a second unit. The second computer got further in the setup process, but it eventually locked up as well. To summarize, I got two different units and never successfully completed the Windows 10 setup.

This is a great computer for the family, and works very well. Great for home media, web browsing, and other tasks. Would recommend.

Purchased this tower two weeks ago and am still trying to get an answer from Dell tech support. There is no recovery partition to make the recovery media DVDs, USB nothing works. I keep getting error messages. Dell Backup and Recovery software is not included on this product either, I had to download it and then it still doesn't work. Called Dell twice and the told me if your computer was to fail we would send you a new hard drive. I went to the website where the recovery media is suppose to be available and I get error messages and it tells me to contact tech support. Yikes. When you enter the service tag at Dell.com it tells me it is early 2013 model. This probably means that it had 8.1 on it and Dell upgraded it with 10, repackaged it and then sold it to Best Buy to sell to us. The computer itself has great features but it is going to be worthless when the warranty expires or if you have to reinstall the O/S from scratch. I am not talking about the restore PC feature as I have tried that yet.

We didn't read the reviews, but it's dell, poor product. Shame on us. This computer does not work with Windows 10. We thought it was just the first computer we purchased. We went and purchased a second one. It didn't work either. Pricing is a little crazy. Best Buy raised the price of the computer before Labor Day and then offered a discount on the computer, bringing the final price higher than the pre-labor day price. Within the same week, the price was raised again.

I thought my windows 10 was ok..too many pop up's and what out of NO WHERE THE SCREEN GET STUCK ON A GREEN SCREEN AND ALL I SEE ARE WHITE SPINNING DOTS.The COMPTUTER IS USELESS. I cant even get it to Respond.I am very un happy with the service I received as well.NEVER WILL I AGAIN BUY ANYTHING FRM HERE

I desperately wanted to enjoy this very reasonably priced desktop that had all the bells and whistles that I wanted but alas, I somehow got two duds in a row. Both times, the desktop would not correctly connect to the Internet and the second one froze up completely. The only positive is that Best Buy was absolutely great. They took back the two Dells without question. I went with an HP (similar specs) and it has been flawless thus far. I wish I had an explanation for what went wrong!

Fast and good for husband's use for his video editing.

Before I purchased this desktop I read some of the reviews but maybe not enough. A 4.1 rating seems pretty good. I started the setup but I did not get beyond the user password before the screen started flashing many colors. After about 10 minutes I switched it off. When I started it again I could not get past the password because I never finished that page. This sounds similar to the problem others have had. Many people have had no trouble. I returned it and will choose a different brand. Best Buy was very helpful and made a refunded without making it difficult. They have definitely improved their customer service. Thank you

This is one of the slowest computers I've ever owned. I dies do its job and does work. But out of the box, it is slow
