my computer of 8 years finally passed on. this computer is a challenge for me but windows 10 seems to be learnable (glad I missed some of the former versions!) and I think this will do me fine - maybe for even another 8 years.

I like it. Still learning how to use Windows 10. Really fast.

Needed a desk top for the office and was recommended this by the BB salesman. Works for our office and had no issues setting it up and has performed flawlessly.

I was not able to load Kaspersky security for the OS because they needed me to scan with my phone. My phone does not scan. Was not able to install Lightening for Thunderbird. Wonder where Adobe is. Would like Instructions for Windows 10. Would like to set up Hot Keys Wondering what to do with Quick Access and how to set up a Home Page.

As we considered replacing an eight year old PC desktop with Windows XP, we looked at laptops and desktops. This Dell unit with Windows 10 seemed to be a good step forward. With Geek Squad support, they installed a range of programs and transferred the files for us.

My previous desktop PC experienced a disk drive failure and it was several years old so I decided to replace it instead of trying to fix it. I have always had Dell PCs and this one is a good fit. I have had no hardware issues at all but it came pre-loaded with Windows 10 and I must say that I am not a fan of this latest Microsoft OS.

I use this exclusively for work. It is silent,fast and inexpensive. I would buy it again tomorrow.

My old computer died on me and I needed a new one ASAP for work and school. I looked around and saw this deal online and acted on it immediately. I called the store and they had one in stock and put it on hold for me. This computer was an absolutely GREAT deal and I am very happy I found it when it did. I love using windows 10!

This Dell computer has worked very well for a home computer. It is much faster than the previous computer which I had made at an independent shop. I would have appreciated it if it had come with Microsoft Office installed. I did not realize that I would have to purchase those programs independently. Also wished it came with a wireless keyboard but as I originally said it has worked very well for us and we are pleased.

Very quiet and very fast. Came with everything I need to run my small home-based tax business.

old computer was a dell, and was happy with it so, went with dell again. I am getting along with windows 10 so far. much different from system on old unite. a little more info on how new system worked at time of purchase would have been helpful as I had to have tech person out ( at extra cost ) to resolve a few issues. overall, I am pleased with my purchase. old one lasted 8 years. hope to get that much with this one.

We just started using this computer the day after Christmas, but so far my teenagers love their gaming experience. I can't wait to be able to use the computer myself. Setup was really easy, and we have had no problem so far. The only limitation is our internet service, which has nothing to do with the computer. We're looking forward to lots of good use for school too, and I will be using it for work. So far we love it!

Went into Best Buys just to check your desktops out, and walked out with a great deal on a dell, with windows 10 installed. This was a plus because I didn't have to download windows 10. Now, if only I could figure out some of the Windows 10................

I've only had this since 30, Oct. I had win. 7 previously, the transition hasn't been to bad. I think it was wise to skip win. 8. Two major problems is default system font...way to small, you can't adjust the scroll bar to make it stay on all the time, nor can you change the width... bad decision on Microsoft's part. If your wondering where the games are, you have to go to the MS solitaire collection, click cancel or click the x to clear the x-box offer. then choose play as guest. You'll get ads, but I just ignor them as they're small and not very noticeable. The Dell registration app doesn't work. But win. 10 is trying to say the least as nothing is in the same place or headings. You can change the size of fonts in file explorer, and icons by going to personalize change size of menus and text without changing to magnify or clear view. It's trial & error here...there are times you may think your being traumatized by the difference in win. 10. The Geek Squad plan was well worth the price as some issues dell won't bother with and calling India can be a nightmare!! Geek squad has been really great
