I am not a fan of Windows 11 I would recommend you choose windows 11 pro. I deducted 1 star under ease of use for Windows 11 not the Dell PC.

This is my first Dell. I am impressed with its quietness, ease of setup, & functionality. I am glad I bought it.

Upon setting up the computer needed updating of all apps and drivers, etc. Upon updating some the computer became slower than it did prior to updating anything. I contacted Dell support to assist me with updating and have them take over my computer and see what the issue and update the system is if I paid them. Note I'd only had the computer for a couple days and hadn't used it yet. Nevertheless I declined because i just bought the computer and I have to pay to have it updated properly because not everything within the system needed updated. NEVER AGIAN WILL I GET A DELL! And so sadly the computer isn't working to it's best ability I feel.

It is not meant for gaming but does have decent graphics for video watching.

When it was delivered, it wasn't set up for the current user. The last person's log-in was still registered onto the computer. I had to take it back to the Store for reprograming. This process took them about an hour. When they were done, I was told "Okay, we won't charge you". Why would I be charged if I purchased an extended warrenty with you? Also, I had to bring the item I had delivered BACK to the store it came from to get a correct that never should've had to happen.

I had just had surgery ion the 1st of February when my HP gave out. My daughter disconnected the computer and took to Best Buy after hours with geek squad. She decided to purchase the dell and have all information transferred. She had a difficult time loading it and was not told I needed to purchase the 365. Now that I am able to work with the dell it is extremely different and far to many actions to take to perform one task. No I am not happy with this Dell. I want an HP. I did not add fair.
