Very good. I've had no problems with this Dell Laptop. Best Buy has always been a good place for electronics.

Coming from a 2011 tower computer that had been repaired and upgraded as many times as it could be I was hesitant to make the switch but I'm so glad I did. It has been amazing, not a single issue and I don't know how I lived without this convenience in my life before! The extra money for the 10 key, the touch screen the key board that lights up and of course the processor and memory things my husband insisted on have all proved to be well worth it.

I like the touch screen feature and the speed. I use this laptop for my work at home and the screen size works great for doing virtual meetings.

This laptop didn't disappoint me. I needed a faster laptop due to, occassionally, wfh and the amount of workload.

Works Great! Double check that you're buying directly from Best Buy this makes all difference if you receive a defective item and have to return it.

I have owned Dell computers for several decades and this was easy to set up and has given great performance.

I am typing this review on the Dell Plus. It is extremely powerful. I edit video and operate ai based photo software. It is far faster than the Win 10 Dell Core 7 it replaced. The battery life is extreme and the image quality on the touch screen is just really pretty. I use a wifi trackball, The touch pad is the only negative. To click and drag with the pad is difficult. It's nice and big, but just not sensitive enough on the left and right button area. No issue for me, since I use the trackman.

Good laptop spec wise however it’s too big and bulky. Battery life is not that amazing as it seems to be the same as the 14 inch model and drains faster.

Overall performance is great. Sleek new design. Customer Service took it over the top.

Perfect gift for a student. Plus it was a hassle free online buy with a great black friday deal.

This is my second Dell laptop, but first touchscreen. I got the 16" touchscreen, and it is perfect. It comes with a screen pen. I am so happy with this laptop. I have not had any problems. I needed something in a pinch. I don't know anything about laptops, but I feel like a picked a winner. The screen color is vibrant, and I like the number pad on the right side, which I didn't notice when I chose this which was a huge plus for me. Highly recommend this one!!!!

I was looking for a new laptop for my business and personal use, this one met all of my needs and then some. I especially like the rotation feature and touchscreen. I would highly recommend this laptop. I liked it so much I bought a similar version for my college student.

A pretty cool little laptop with good memory and fast performance. The AI has been particularly effective in helping draft resumes, cover letters, and thank-you letters. Helps summarize things for me.
