Purchased this 2n1 Dell Plus a week and a half ago. Leaving a review for the first time as I am really happy with this item. I almost switched to a Lenovo this time around after 10 years of sticking with Dell but I decided on "less fanfare but emphasis on quiet efficiency" instead and that is what I get from this Dell product. Kinda disappointed there's no longer a 17" screen, but I am loving the stylus which came with it. My kid uses an Acer, another family member gets some other brand, but I am with this one. No regrets. :-)

I bought this laptop about 10 months ago and honestly am pretty impressed with this laptop overall. The touchscreen is crisp, very smooth, and responsive. The display quality is excellent, visuals are sharp, and the dynamic color scheme. HOWEVER, there are a couple downsides. The laptop is very heavy, and this is coming from someone who is fit and lifte 5x a week. It just takes any backpack from being normal to being a burden. Also about three or four times over the past 10 months it overheated out of nowhere. it overheated, shut down, and was totally fine each time. Also, it could really use facial recognition as the fingerprint scanner can be finnicky.
