First of all I like the laptop the day I verified and reviewed it and hence got this product especially the navy blue color highlights more premium look. - The features with latest intel processor and 1TB SSD - The touch screen with Dell pen to collaborate with the screen is a good option which we can use as tab, but yes it is heavy. - I saw many reviews on battery life which is not that great. But when you set low brightness, battery saver mode to stop or pause background activities will hold the battery last more time. - The fingerprint sensor for login works pretty smooth. Cons - I do see one regarding battery which in-display they mention 11hrs but it gives you probably 5-6hours depending on how you use it. Not for gaming. Hope this review helps.

The Good: 1. It's a touchscreen with decent glass. 2. It's incredibly bright and clear in all lighting situations. 3. The resolution is very high for the screen size. 4. Performance is very fast and stable (for a laptop). 5. It has the snappiest / fastest connection to wifi of *all* the devices I have ever used. 6. Very good keyboard quality (tactile). 7. Amazing chassis color (navy blue), *much* nicer in real life than in the pictures. The Not-So-Good: 1. Battery life is just so-so (about 8 hours of light to medium usage between charges).

I’ve been really impressed with this laptop overall. The 32GB of RAM makes a huge difference in performance, it handles multitasking, creative work, and heavier applications smoothly without slowing down. Everything feels fast and responsive. For the price, the features are excellent. You’re getting a lot of performance and capability compared to other laptops in this range. The keyboard is comfortable to type on, and the touchpad is intuitive and responsive, which makes everyday use easy and enjoyable. Build quality is solid as well, it feels sturdy and well-made, not cheap or flimsy. Overall, this is a reliable, high-performance laptop that offers great value, especially if you need speed and multitasking power.

This 2-1 laptop is so intuitive. The more I use it the more I like the ease of use. It has integrated features that make it easier to perform multiple tasks at once and stay organized. The touchscreen feature has been handy when the need to sign documents or markup. I have not used the folding option much yet, but I could see using it in the future. The only down fall is the battery. I find when I am doing heavy multitasking that it does not last very long. This is a feature I knew about the product. Having a back lit keypad and 10 keys were worth it for my needs. You can easily plug it in and continue working.

I love everything about this laptop. I use it for work and have a lot of applications running at the same time. This PC easily handles my workload. It’s lightening fast and the resolution is outstanding. The soft touch keyboard makes typing comfortable and the screen size is perfect. Did I mention I truly love everything about this laptop?!

This is a really great laptop. I spent about 6 weeks researching a quality laptop that would fit my needs the best. Finally, I decided on this 2-in-1, 32 GB Ram, Intel Core Ultra 9 with Intel Arc Graphics. I decided to purchase an "open-box" model, where someone had returned it back to the store. And because of this, the price was around $300 less. It still has all of the same warranties as the "un-opened box" models, so I went ahead and bought it. And I have NO REGRETS at all! I've had it for about 5 weeks now, and use it pretty much all day long. The monitor colors are super vivid an clear and crisp. The picture that I'm including with this review really doesn't do it justice.

I love my laptop. Very crisp, and clear. It is fast. I was worried at first because my laptop shut off a lot, (not completely, but it would go to sleep; but I realized i had my phone too close to the laptop. I had to google it. I had a habit of placing my phone directly on top of my laptop. Well not anymore. So if you’re having that problem, it’s the phone or other tech too close to each other

I upgraded my laptop from a HP to this PC and hands down better. I like the shell is made from metal and not plastic. Provides a much more durable feel. The screen is super crisp. I ran a benchmark on this laptop, with the settings set to performance, and it performed pretty well. The stylus was an added surprise, though i wish there was a way to store it on the PC itself. I feel it would be pretty easy to leave behind somewhere.

I got excellent value for money with this Black Friday purchase. I was already familiar with this machine and I can confirm its performance and great screen quality. Very happy with this purchase!

2 weeks ago, I was hit by a car while I left my college class. The car impacted me on my right hand side where I was carrying my laptop. The laptop is unusable for me but saved me from being far worse. Loved the performance of the laptop, won’t be able to replace it but it sure did save me and performance was great for the whole 4 months I owned it before this. Was working on designing games and the laptop was handling everything tremendously! Wish I could replace it! 100% suggest to others!

This has been a great machine! I really like the 2 in 1 aspect although it can get a bit heavy. The Screen is bright and crisp! The Fan isn't too loud. The keyboard is great! I do wish it had a haptic touchpad but at this price point the touchpad is pretty great as well!

Overall, a very good laptop with large storage and the touch screen makes it extra special. It comes with the pen, so there's no need to buy it separately. The only complaint is battery life; it tends to give a max of 5 hours before it runs out. But if you are not planning to use it in places where there is no electric outlet, then that should not be a problem.

I am super glad I purchased this laptop. It does everything I need it to do and more. The large screen and power make it the perfect computer for personal project, work and school courses.

It’s super fast and the colors are vibrant. It is a lot of fun . It’s really lightweight . If you decide to get this one be aware that it doesn’t have a compatible camera for Facial Recognition.

I love this computer. I previously had the Dell Inspiron 16” Laptop and i loved it, so when trying to upgrade i wanted something similar. I have an iPad so the conversion to a “tablet” wasn’t something i necessarily needed in a laptop but, nevertheless it is cool! The keyboard is backlit which is one of my main priorities as a college student! Compared to the Dell Inspiron, the keyboard is more smooth. The mousepad is much larger, which is nice. To me, this was a huge upgrade- the screen quality, the speed upgrade, everything. It came with a stylus pen as well. Since I had a Dell before this, it was very easy to transfer my information over when setting it up. It also has a bluetooth feature to your phone so you can access messages and calls from your laptop, which until now was something I thought only mac’s could do! You can also access documents from your computer as well from your phone using bluetooth. The features and functionality of this laptop are endless, I would definitely recommend this laptop 100x over!

Definitely a good purchase. I’ve had it do some weird things when it dies completely. And I’ve noticed the battery life has decreased since I bought it but I’m not worried about any issues of that sort since I bought geek squad protection. Very pleased with my purchase so far.
