    Machine came with software problems. They keyboard did not work property out of the box. Required 3 trips to best buy to fix it. works good otherwise.

    The computer is very user friendly and is also a touch screen which takes some getting used to. The only thing I have noticed so far is when you tilt the screen farther back than 90 deg it lifts the rear of the computer a little. Other than that i am satisfied with the unit.

    Loved the specs on this laptop and really wanted to love the machine itself, but due to a poor unresponsive touchpad I had no choice but to return it. The display was amazing and the machine was quick with ample storage, but there were sections of the touchpad that were just dead and others where I had to exert alot of force for it to work. I tried different settings, etc. but could not get it to work so I had to return.
