It is way too sensitive. I'm always getting pop up information on my screen that I don't want and then have to figure out how to get rid of it. I bought it to be used on the couch in the family room and the wi fi often tells me there is no connection, very frustrating. I wish the font was larger so easier to read.

I normally use Mac products, but I was blown away by this PC. I’d definitely recommend.

The PC is okay; but was misled by BestBuy on the purchase. Best Buy informed me to open a credit card account and I would receive $170 in rewards if I take the option without free 6 month financing. I did this and paid off the PC in the same month. I only received $55 rewards. Take this into account when paying for an advertised price expecting rewards. Best Buy lies about this. Customer Service was no help.

This laptop has everything you could want in a laptop!

Missed the sale right out of the new release which was 400-500 dollars… probably more considering we also got the warranty. Daughter hasn’t used it a lot but the one function was really slow which I’m concerned since it’s new and she’s going to college soon

I liked the monitor resolution and the i9 fast processor, but the motherboard died in 4 weeks and BestBuy didn’t exchange or return!!! Now dealing with Dell’s frustrating technical support!

Lots of issues with this computer. Not sure why currently in process with product support.

Terrible shopping experience! I purchased a laptop at the Best Buy store in Allen, TX on 07/25/2025, with delivery scheduled for 07/30/2025. As of today, 08/16/2025, I have not received anything. I opened a cancellation request on the website on 08/11/2025 and requested a refund. I was told the amount would be returned within 3 days, but this never happened. I called again on 08/15/2025 and was told the case was still “under review.” This is a complete lack of respect for the customer: no delivery, no product, and no refund. I never expected this kind of disregard from a company like Best Buy. I do not recommend!
