Outstanding Computer and I like the ability to use as a tablet with touchscreen

This was a great purchase. The laptop is fast and responsive and I love that it converts to a tablet. The screen is high quality so no complaints so far.

The Dell laptop computer is lightweight and the keyboard is comfortable to use. Memory and speed are more than sufficient for everyday use.

Exactly what my family needed. I wanted to take some online classes while the kid wanted to do 3d printing and playing some online games. It handles it all. Love it.

Over all i like it , the only thing i noticed is that the battery dont last as much as it says .but still is decent .

This laptop is better than expected. I old was 7 years old. This new laptop has a faster processor and touch screen which I really like. I can really see difference when using Microsoft Office/Co Pilot, this is really a nice feature

Perfect fit for me! Nice screen and keyboard. Lots of computing opportunity and very nice laptop. I bought this to replace old Microsoft Service that was no longer compatible with Windows11.

The battery does not last that long. I plug it in to charge. Once I remove the plug it drains very quickly.

This computer is surprisingly fast with 32g of ram. Multitasks on par with higher end machines. The touch screen is a great feature and makes maneuvering through tasks a breeze. The SSD drive is adequate for most data requirements. The battery life seems to be sufficient for all day usage.

This laptop is AMAZING. I desperately needed a new one and glad I chose this Dell. Still learning everything it can do

Love my laptop. Still getting used to windows again since I use Apple for years. The sales reps at the store were really very knowledgeable in helping me to choose something that I could use and worked with my budget. . Really appreciated their help.

This computer is state of the art. Besides touch screen, with a series 9 processor it has a 16” screen with 1T memory and 32 gig of ram. This computer will not be outdated in a year or two.

Coming from a 2011 tower computer that had been repaired and upgraded as many times as it could be I was hesitant to make the switch but I'm so glad I did. It has been amazing, not a single issue and I don't know how I lived without this convenience in my life before! The extra money for the 10 key, the touch screen the key board that lights up and of course the processor and memory things my husband insisted on have all proved to be well worth it.
