DELL used to be my favorite go to for a computer

I am constantly taking off my photos and videos to external hard drives because they are taking up too much space. I'd return it but I already have too much on it. Also, it seems there are updates at least once a week. Why is that?

Dell seems to require less driver updating, etc at the initial purchase and it appears that Windows 11 will be a good choice.

Then a screen comes up saying no hard drive recognized. I have had these issues from the beginning of my purchase but it only happened a couple of times to start out. Now, it is happening frequently. Not sure what to do.

I contacted Dell, and did not help. Now, I'm back with HP and paid with the same amount, but better Memory and Graphic card. Only 16GB of RAM, not enough and very loud fan.
