This was bought as a gift for my mom who has minimal experience with electronics. She needed a portable device to play games and surf internet.

Put it in a child case and it's better than the higher price child tablet.

This product is very cheap so the quality is as well. Good for kids but not for a regular use. It's very slow and the picture quality isn't good.

This was a gift request for 6yr old Grand Daughter had to go back get another one for her 9yr old Sister Sales associate was very helpful

This does exactly what I want it to do, access my Spotify, the weather forecast, maps, and Sudoku. I use it daily with no complaints.

Cd player very nice e comes with a micro phone so people can actually hear u. For price does almost everything need.

Indeed, a very nice basic tablet, as others have reviewed. I'll just add that even though the box says "up to 32GB max" for a MicroSD card on it, I can confirm another reviewer's comment that it actually DOES WORK with larger MicroSD cards. Like him/her, I am using it for portable storage rather than adoptable storage so I don't know if it will work for adoptable storage or not, but at least for portable storage, my 128GB MicroSD card works great. When first inserting it, after getting a warning that the card is corrupted, you just have to format it, and then it works just fine. I've been using it for a while now like this. Since no one else has mentioned the cameras, I'll mention that they're basic, but work fine. The front-facing one is low-res, mostly for video chats or low-res selfies, and the one in back is basic (2MP, no flash and not too many options) but does the job. These aren't hi-res cameras (if you want a quality camera, use a real camera or a high-end tab) but for everyday stuff they work quite well. I also like how there's not a lot of bloatware or extra junk on this unit, it's nice and clean (unlike the Fire -- I don't want to carry around constant ads and a gateway for a retailer, I just want a tablet!) This is so much better than the Fire. Really nice screen, long-lasting battery, decent enough speed for everyday Android stuff. I bought another low-end tab as well on black friday, returned that one and kept this DigiLand one. As far as customer support, indeed the company's webpage literally says the word "NOTHING" under the "Support" tab for this model. They do have a toll-free number... when I tried it, no one answered, but I did get a message that if you leave your contact information, someone will call you back (I didn't bother leaving a message), so perhaps there is at least some kind of support. The company is located in Southern California. For a basic tab, this is nice little hidden gem!
