    Purchased this item for a better picture quality for a computer monitor. Don't see a difference in the picture quality but its serving the purpose for a monitor to desktop hook up.

    Inexpensive cable, and it gets the job done. It is pretty stiff, hence the 4 stars. But connectivity has been fine -- no troubles after about 6 weeks of use.

    These are utilized on a business desktop computer and monitor, so I'm probably not the best person do describe refresh rates on a 4K TV; however, they solved my particular problem.
