After 2 additional trips to the hardware store, we were finally able to mount the tv. Was significantly more complicated than cheaper TV mounts I have purchased before.

The strings assist with removal but i was not aware they existed prior to opening. The screws that came with it did not fit my samsung tv’s for install, had to purchase screws.

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.One box was missing the latching arms that hold tv... the other didn't have the screw pack so I had to use the other box screws and buy another wall mount.. the mount is sturdy and I would buy again as long as all the parts are in the box..

Installation is very simple and very sturdy for the two different TV sizes I have (40 In. and 50 in)

We have used several of them to install anywhere from a 50-inch up to a 70 inch Samsung. Everything worked well, and now it's very close to the wall for a good book.
