Every other vacuum that I've had has a button that you push with your foot and the handle comes down. This one does not. The one thing that I do like is how the container comes off and empties straight into the trash. Hindsight, I wish I would have bought the Shark.

I vacuum every single day due to having two huskies that shed twice per year for 6 months. This has helped maintain a clean house. Vacuum has machine washable filters which is a plus and also can have parts replaced fairly easily.
