I couldn't believe how much more dirt / pet hair it was able to pick up after using it immediately after the Bissell it replaced. The ball also makes it very maneuverable and easy to use. The only area it really struggles is on laminate floors - I find that a lot of the dirt ends up being pushed aside and doesn't get sucked up. If you have a house that is predominately hard floors, this may not be the best choice for you. I end up using a small Shark stick vac on the laminate floors instead.

This Vacuum does it all and more plus everything is compact and lighter. Great price and looking to spending another 5-10 years with this vacuum. I was considering a Shark or Hoover, I'm so glad I stuck with this brand.

Great suction Frustrating Design

It picked up so much more dirt that the previous Dyson model hadn't picked up. The click function is frustration however. The vacuum won't stay in the locked standing position. Any touch & it releases. Trying to lock it in an upright position is extremely disappointing. The roller ball makes it easy to maneuver but too big to vacuum under coffee tables & such. The ball is so big you can't vacuum under furniture without using one of the many attachments. Fix the click.

Love using it and it's picks up everything. We have 2 cats and a husky but you wouldn't know it because of my Dyson.
