I had been looking for a vacuum that work well on hard wood floors and for my couches. This va yum word great in picking up dust, dirt, anything that’s on the floor.

We bought this to replace the one we bought 8 years ago. The old one still works but has been battered by daily use and kids learning to vacuum. We have learned to trust Dyson.

Love the design and the function. First use got so much of the pet hair and girlfriends hair that I’d say it was well worth it. Hopefully for years to come.

I had a dyson animal prior to this purchase for 8 years and I loved it. Just wanted to upgrade to the newer version. And I am pleased with it although it doesn't seem to be built as well as my old one. The extended handle is plastic versus aluminum

This is the second Dyson Ball vacuum we have purchased. First one went to our daughter. It is fantastic.

This product sucks. It sucks all the dirt up from the carpeting and the wood floors. BEST vacuum we have ever bought. Dyson products always work well.

Bought this to replace an upright vacuum which used a HEPA bag. The Dyson works well and is quiet. Only complaint is that the extension hose is somewhat unwieldy.

We just upgraded our Dyson from 11 years ago. The older one is still in good shape but we wanted a new one as we welcomed a new dog into the family.

This is, hands down, the best vacuum on the market. We have 2 cats and a large dog and we have burned 2 previous vacuum cleaners up. The dyson is easy to use and does an amazing job removing the pet hair.

Needed a new vacuum. Already had a Dyson cannister vacuum. Great product. Excellent suction. No vacuum bags needed. Purchased on sale at Best Buy.

I couldn't believe how well this vacuum worked. My only complaint is the attachment is very awkward to use but overall very good machine.

It's a vacuum cleaner nothing out of the ordinary gets the job done it's kind of heavy and doesn't always stand up without leaning on something.

I won't buy another vacuum. I got this for my parents because we have a Dyson DC 25 (two generations ago). It still works to this day and it is a wonderful vacuum. Work the money.

Some say a vacuum is just a vacuum. This Dyson is great. It vacuums floor dirt, dog dirt and hair very well. It is nothing short of spectacular as it cleans. Easy to empty and easy to use.
