Absolutely love it!!! We have 4 dogs and it picks up all of the hair with ease! Well worth it!

The suction works too well. Bought for my mother and she couldn't maneuver it on medium pile carpet.

This is my first Dyson vacuum and it works wonderfully. The pet tool works much better than my previous vacuum.

An excellent vacuum with amazing cleaning power! The performance of this vacuum is very impressive to say the least. The suction power and its ability to pick up debris is the best we have ever seen in any vacuum we have ever used. The vacuum came packaged very nicely. Assembly was a little tricky at first. The instructions are pictures only but once we figured things out it was not that bad. Not all of the accessory tools can be attached to the vacuum. The small rotary brush tool needs to be stored somewhere else and cannot be attached to the vacuum for quick and easy access. The vacuum has a nice long cord. It does not retract and it has to be wound around the supplied hooks on the back of the vacuum. Locking the vacuum in its upright position is easy for storage but one thing we noticed that pushing the vacuum around on larger pile carpet would cause the vacuum to release and not stay locked into position. Not that big of a deal but just an annoyance when moving the vacuum around. Vacuuming is easy and maneuverability is nice. It takes a few minutes to get used to the weight of the lower part of the vacuum when maneuvering around but once you do it is easy. The ball rotates easily with the turn of your wrist from the handle and working the vacuum around obstacles was easy. We like that it vacuums all of the way to the edge. Using the accessory hose is a little tricky and my wife found it a little difficult to use to vacuum the stairs. The wand part tucks away inside of the collapsible hose section and she found it a little cumbersome to use. The accessory hose provides excellent suction power and cleans nicely though. Cleanup is easy. The waste container easily pops off with the touch of a button. You then push the button to release the lower part of the waste container and the debris drops right out. Because the vacuum is so good, it picks up a lot of dust and you need to knock the container on the side of your trash can to get the remaining amount out of the container. This can cause a little bit of a dust cloud. Overall, we love this vacuum and its cleaning power. We have three dogs and its ability to pick up hair and debris is amazing. Dyson seems to have an excellent customer support and the vacuum comes with a 5-year warranty which is awesome. It seems to be well worth the premium price. We highly recommend it if you have multiple animals in your house or allergies.

This vacuum is the best I've ever had. It was way better than the cheap vacuums I've had in the past. It sucks up all the hair exceptionally well.

This vacuum really picks up the dirt and totally removes dog hair. I am very pleased with my purchase.

Picks up all dirt! Used old sweeper and then used new sweeper and you would have thought I did not sweep all week! Dyson for life.

Item worked well on regular carpet. Not so well on rug. Sadly had to return it.

My wife loves it for quick spot cleanups, wood and tile floors etc. We have 2 dogs so this is used quite a bit to pick up dog fur.

I like the maneuverability and weight of this vac. Great on hardwood floors. I like the ease of emptying the vac.

So far so good, it hard to maneuver especially in the corner, easy to remove the dirt. But it cleaned good for all types of floor.

We have 3 dogs, a cat, 2 guinea pigs and the dyson picks up all the mess. It Sucks and that is an excellent SUCK not a bad Suck.
