    First time purchase of a Dyson product, so far, so good. We have cats and this vacuum seems to deal with pet hair effectively.

    Does a fine job of deep cleaning the carpet, yet I do find that it does not lock in the upright position as my previous Dyson did.

    A little noisy but the suction and clean are great. Replaced my old Dyson with this one. Can’t go wrong with a Dyson.

    The only downside to this vacuum is that it is very heavy to move around, so it requires a lot of strength to vacuum larger areas.
