There is no such thing as Dyson customer service, you have to deal with a computer, that decides what to do, and then it tells you the parts are out of stock. After 2 months, still nothing. Dyson is a joke.

Hair wrapped inside roller brush

However, the roller brush is seriously flawed. It is made out of two pieces that connect in the middle. This allows pet and human hair to enter into the roller brush and wrap around the pieces that makes it spin. Which in turn produces a serious burning smell. I shouldn't have to take my $300 PET vacuum apart to rip hair out of the inner parts of the brush. It's supposed to be for pets. If too much hair gets wrapped around, it causes the motor to burn out. This is a common problem apparently, because I had to watch a YouTube video to figure out what was wrong. I would not recommend this to a friend. If I could take it back I would, because it's a very expensive piece of junk.

No carpet height adjustment. No suction adjustment Took a pass on this one

The cleaner head on this machine is self-adjusting, meaning that it raises and lowers to seal in suction across all floors.
