Great vacuum. Very powerful, and I love how strong the suction is out of the hose. With the brush tool on the hose I was able to clean and many tight spaces. I just wish this vacuum was a little quieter.

Owned for just a little over a month. Previous Dyson lasted approximately 8 years and it was time to replace. This one has great suction and a long cord.

Vacuum is powerful and has great suction and is always pulling out dirt and dust no matter how often you use it. Can be a bit tough to push an pull on a soft deep carpet. Like that the button to control the brush bar is on top of the canister next to the power button. With brush on it almost pulls it self forward on carpet. This replaced a 20yr old Dyson animal vacuum and night and day difference between the new and the old. Keep up the great work Dyson

This has the strongest suction of any vacuum I have ever owned or tested in the past. Very easy to handle. Permanent dirt canister is easy to remove and clean.

This vacuum is great. It cleans all the way to the edge with good suction. It has a long cord. And the maneuverability is amazing.

This vacuum SUCKS! In a GOOD way. Super power, SO much better than our old Animal. Longer cord too. Great maneuverability.

Very powerful, works very well for pet hair. Attachments are an additional benefit. Be careful on area rugs as it may be too powerful.

Pros - suction is phenomenal! Easy to maneuver. I like purple! Cons - I have to wrap the cord around the handle (my previous vac had a build in auto rewind). Difficult to set the handle into the upright position so that it stands up. When standing the vac up, one tends to put their hand over the vent on top of the handle and it scares the crap out of you! The suction is so great that it's hard to extend the hand held hose, the vac keeps falling over. All in all a good product but could use a few design changes to make it more consumer friendly.

Our first Dyson disnt really think a vacuum was worth that much money, but got it on sale and I'm glad I bought it. Great power, easy to use and works well.

This is our third Dyson in the past 7 years. Overall it's a good vacuum but it is our 3rd in 7 years so my opinion is that they are not extremely durable, which is a little disappointing given how much they cost. It will definitely do a good job but I think they wear out a lot quicker than the more expensive vacuums we have owned like the Kirby and Rainbow. The Dyson beats those higher priced units with how light weight and easily it is to store and use it.

Powerful vacuum. Bullies all dirt on floor, tile, wood and carpet. It gets loud and is a bit heavy but worth it.

This thing will make your carpets feel and stand up like new. Hold on to your through rugs though this thing will suck them right off the floor.

Very powerful! Gets more dust than you would think is ever present and makes you feel good about what removes from your floors. Very easy to handle.
