Excellent product with easy setup. This vacuum cleaner performs great!

And it was well worth the wait and money. This is the best vacuum I have ever owned! It is easy to move around and cleans both carpets and my laminate wood floors with ease. I use it a couple of times a week to spot clean after the pets or guests have dragged dirt or leaves in. Not to mention the warranty that comes with it, which is wonderful. I already recommend them to everyone I know.

I’m simply amazed at how much I love this vacuum. As I single guy I typically don’t get to excited over household items like this but it is one of the best products I’ve ever owned. The way the vacuum just glides with no effort and the ease of turning and getting into weird spots is awesome. Love it and am finding many excuses to get it out and use it as often as possible!

This is our 3rd Dyson in 15 years and out 2nd pet. We got a 2nd for the other floor so we have 1 per floor. All 3 are still working. Animal is better on hardwood and tile for small and loose items and especially hair on the suction setting. Get the extra tool set for all those unusual places!

This is my first dyson upright. It works really good. I have 2 dogs and did not estimate the amount of dust and pet hair. This vacuum picked up all the mess. I’ll stick to dyson for future vacuum purchases.

Makes our carpet look much newer. Lighter than our old vacuum and easier to manuever.

Most power vacuum I have owned picks up dog hair very well from my carpet and tile floors. The hose attachment does not work as well as I thought it bends at the top and stops sucking sometimes while cleaning my floors. I do like the bag less holder easy to take off and empty. I do wish you didn’t have to unwind the whole cord to use the hose.

This thing will suck the carpet off your floor! I love it. best vacuum ever!!

Honestly, if you have multiple pets, a powered-brush hand tool is a must. Got this on Cyber Monday sale to replace our dead Bissell pet care vacuum and it's amazing!

I was surprised that it had to be put together. I thought it came ready to use judging from the box it came in, but it was easy enough to follow the directions....pictures only no words? It took a bit of getting used to when I was vacuuming, it wasn't like my other Dyson, they had updated a few things. But now I've gotten used to it and it's a lot easier to use than my old one and I'm happy with it. GREAT Vaccum!

Bought those vacuum because we recently got a pomsky (half Pomeranian/ half husky). So she sheds a lot!!!! The vacuum we had S U C K E D beyond belief. So we bought the dyson ball animal 2. And I am so beyond pleased with it. Doesn’t lose suction and picks up everything. Dog fur no more !!

This vacuum cleaner is lightweight and easy to maneuver. The canister is large enough capacity to vacuum my ranch house without needing to be emptied mid cleaning session. The only complaint is that the wand extension on the handle is difficult to snap back into place after use. One must wiggle it precisely into position and that isn't the easiest thing in the world. Still, I am pleased with this purchase.

This vacuum has great suction and a longer cord than before, Although a light would be nice for darker rooms.

I have a dyson cordless and a neato botvac that runs everyday. Well I decided to go the extra mile and buy a real, heavy duty vacuum. What I thought were clean carpets were apparently partially buried in sediment??? This vacuum did about 2 years worth of deep carpet vacuuming that the others could not. A clean space is a happy space!

Great lightweight vacuum with lots of power. Easy to handle with great maneuverability!

Great Dyson, definitely can tell from setting up the machine and your first use it’s a refined vacuum. The parts all feel more sturdy and the suction of the vacuum is great picks up almost anything. Two issues I have had would be the weight of the machine makes using the accessory tools a pain, and the wand accessory tool itself doesn’t get into nooks and crannies as I had hoped. All said and done best vacuum I’ve ever had!
