I never gave much thought to purchasing, in my mind, an expensive vacuum....but I got tired of try all the rest when one broke down. I saw this unit on sale, an without hesitation made my purchase. And I can honestly say I have found a joy in vacuuming now, who knew?? I would highly recommend.

Powerful vacuum with good handling and cleans carpets big time.

Third Dyson I have purchased it doesn’t have the quality of the last two and when using hose and attachment not as powerful but great on carpet. I only have two rooms with carpet, bought attached for hardwood wish it had more power.Love Dyson but not sold on the product..

Strong and picks up so much way better then a Kirby I was holding on forever

I had the cordless V6 Animal Dyson and loved it. My old regular vacuum bit the dust and I had to immediately get a new one. I've used regular Dysons before at different friends' houses and liked it then, so I decided to go with it when I had to get a new one. I love this vacuum - it is more powerful than I thought it would be!

Phenomenal vacuum for cleaning dog fur. Easy to use too.

Great suction- easy to handle- works good on all flooring.

Pet owners, older folks, Young folks doesn't matter. It works. I've got two huskies and as you can imagine we needed a Dyson and bad! This was on sale for $299 during black Friday and we said why not?? And that's the thing, there isn't a reason not to. Just do it! My grandma can use this vacuum because this is so light.

I have dogs and their fur gets buried in the carpet, which is very hard to clean. Since this vacuum has so much power, it picks up a most if not all of the dirt that gets into the carpet. This is a must for pet owners. I just hate the power cable but battery operated ones won't have the same power.

This vacuum has great suction and rolls easily across most of my floors. The problem is in my den carpet. This is a newer carpet with a high pile, top end to be honest. The vacuum has so much suction that I cannot push it across the floor at times. When I get it moving, it takes two hands and I have to keep it in constant motion or it sticks to the floor.

Works as expected. Nice price on sale. It is smaller and lighter than the animal 1 that we had prior. Suction is great and actually too strong with the attachment as it sucks up loose rugs. Overall satisfaction with this product. We have dogs so important for me to get up All the hair.

This vacuum does a really good job vacuuming in the upright position. I would have liked a suction adjustment so it could be used on throw rugs and curtains. Also, the wand is hard to use, it doesn't stretch out easy. But the suction in the upright is worth putting up with its short comings.

This is my third Dyson. They all have been good vacuums but they all have flaws. This one is super powerful. I really like the swivel. Thin enough to get under the couch or under a cabinet. However, there are just dumb vacuum things. Like the hose and attachments. When you pull out the hose to use a smaller attachment it kinks right where you hold it. So you get a loss of suction. Speaking of suction, try to use this on a high pyle carpet. You need the strength of a ox to move it. Then there is just the quality. When hanging back up the cord it feels like it will break. Emptying the container very flimsy. Very nice vacuum but a bunch of annoying things about it.

EaSy to assemble & easy to use. Cleans very well. A good price too.

The Dyson works great and we love it. The wand feature in the handle is great and doesn’t get clogged like others we have owned in the past.
