I bought this for the house since we had dogs, cats and chinchillas. The very first day i ended up picking up around 15 full canisters of just fur. This thing has made a large difference in the carpet feel since i bought it and it is worth every dime if you are looking for a bagless option!

The vacuum work very well. Especially with dog hair where in the past with other vacuums would clog, the Dyson does not (at least not yet). The only small issue is the locking of the handle back in the upright position is a little tricky. Still a great machine and the noise level is much lower.

This vacuum is perfect for my home! We have four dogs that shed a lot, this is the only vacuum that picks up the hair left around.

Really great at picking up dirt on multiple types of flooring. From carpet to tile this vacuum picks everything up. I got this because of my dog that sheds like crazy. Also, the cord allows me to vacuum pretty much across the whole house without unplugging it.

Quite honestly the best vacuum for the money. Nothing cleans as well as a Dyson. This vacuum cleans pet hair and dirt in carpet layers below the surface and has my carpet looking brand new again. Would recommend this at MSRP price and it is a steal at a sale price.

Ive always loved my dyson but the turbine bit issss greattttt makes the whole thing worth it. I had all the parts before but this is the creme da le creme. Also a lot more suction on carpet. I always recommend dyson

I had my last Dyson Animal for 11 years without any loss of suction power... until the switch and motor went up recently. This one is even better than the first. Hopefully this one will last another decade. I will never buy anything other than Dyson in the future.

Love this vacuum. Really did a great job on our carpet! Didn’t realize how dirt lingered in our carpet and how much we needed this vacuum. It is an expensive purchase but happy I broke down and purchased it.

Our first Dyson - which we got after our 2year old Electrolux broke. Fortunately, we had bought the extended warranty and Best Buy seamlessly moved us into this Dyson which we have found we like much better. It provides excellent suction and picks up our golden retriever hair extremely well. The wand and attachment once the BB employee showed us the best way to use is extremely easy to use and works very well. Our only two complaints are the power cord wind up clips are a little flimsy / small and thus we usually just loop up the cord and hang it on the top power cord clip. Secondly, the vacuum has to be " double click" into place to get it to stay upright after sweeping. It's a little weird as you can hear it click and think it's ok but for some reason it doesn't fully engage. After a year of use its just second nature to double click it but honestly feel it shouldn't be this way. One additional note - if you have never owned a bagless - be prepared for some dust accumulation floating around when emptying the bin. Secondly, you must remember to wash the filters every couple of months.

I have wanted a Dyson for years. When mine finally died and the hubby realized I wouldn't give up, I headed to the only place I knew my purchase would be backed up-Best Buy. This vacuum is awesome! As soon as I unpacked it and went over the floor I had just vacuumed that morning even sceptical hubby was impressed! Only vacuum I will ever buy!
